AristaCare at Whiting's unique approach to wound care focuses heavily on constant risk assessment and prevention, as well as aggressive treatment with a wide range of proven modalities. Our Center-wide wound care teams consist of certified wound nurses, advance practice nurses, and a dedicated regional wound nurse who directs the program, gathers statistics, and monitors outcomes. Weekly rounds are done by the entire team which consults on each wound patient. Our philosophy is more direct care staff always results in higher care.
